Peira shows neuroscience and oncology research tools on the Belgian Pavilion at Bio 2011 in Washington, US (28-30 June 2011)

Peira is one of the companies that participates in the Belgian Economic Mission to the US and puts two new developments, designed in Flanders-Belgium, on display at the Bio 2011 International Convention. The Bio Convention is one of the largest events for companies and research organisations active in life sciences/biotechnoloy. The Belgian booth will host more than 60 Belgian companies active in the field. The Flemish representation at the convention is organised by FlandersBio, the cluster organisation for the biotech sector in Flanders, and FIT. This year the Pavilion will be inaugurated by H.R.H. Prince Philippe on Tuesday 28 June 2011.

Peira will give a live demonstration of an application for Neuroscience research and of a research tool for oncology during the convention on the Belgian booth (booth number 4823).

Besides Peira the following Flemish companies and organisations will be represented on the Belgian Pavilion: ActoGeniX, Amakem, Bio Base Europe, Bio-Plus services, Cartagenia, De Clercq & Partners, e-novex, FluidDa, Galapagos, Genae, Genzyme, imec, Janssen Pharmaceutica, LifeTechLimburg, Nateco, reMYND, Shire-Movetis nv, TiGeniX, TTO Flanders (UGent, K.U.Leuven, Hasselt University, University of Antwerp, Vrije Universiteit Brussel), University of Antwerp - Vaxinfectio, VIB, VITO and Vivaldi Software.
