Omnia Fertilizer, a division of Omnia Group (Pty) Ltd and the industrial crop technology company, QUINVITA, announced today that they have entered into a joint Jatropha development programme agreement. Per the agreement, Omnia Fertilizer becomes a member of the QUINVITA agronomy knowledge platform and is entitled to access any information and research regarding Jatropha curcas. Both companies agreed to commence collaborative research on the effect of specific fertilizer applications on Jatropha. read more
Het IWT, het agentschap voor Innovatie door Wetenschap en Technologie, is bijzonder verheugd over de beslissing van de Vlaamse Regering van vandaag. Op initiatief van Vlaams minister van Innovatie Ingrid Lieten krijgt het IWT voor 2012 14 miljoen euro extra middelen om innovatie te ondersteunen. Hiermee verhoogt de investering van de Vlaamse Regering in het IWT voor 2012 tot 324 miljoen euro. read more
