icoMetrix masters all aspects of 3D quantitative image computing. Key competences include automatic image co-registration (multi-modality, multiple time-points, multiple patients), semi-automatic segmentation, group studies (voxel-based analysis, morphology, fMRI, DTI, MR spectroscopy, ...), acquisition, quantification, visualisation, image conversion, ... . These expertises are applied to pre-clinical and clinical images, human and small-animal. icoMetrix has a partially exclusive license on the splineMIRIT software package for nonrigid image registration technology developped at the KULeuven and on the voxel-based analysis package developped at the University of Antwerp.
Next to customised analysis pipelines, we offer quantitative pipelines for advanced neuro imaging, fat segmentation (MR, CT) and longitudinal bone segmentation. Specific expertise includes quantitative DTI group analyses, diffusion tensor tractography, functional MRI brain activation measurement in individual subjects as well as in a group analysis, metabolite quantification using MR spectroscopy, calculation of perfusion maps, etc...
