  • Enzyme replacement treatment for Pompe disease.

Renal:

  • A unique calcium-free, metal-free phosphate binder indicated for the control of serum phosphorus in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease on hemodialysis.
  • A vitamin D2 analogue indicated for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Stages.

Orthopaedics:

  • A local therapy that provides lubrication for the knee joint and helps to reduce or to stop pain in an osteoarthritic knee.
  • Autologous cultured chondrocytes to help repair damaged knee cartilage in patients with injuries caused by acute or repetitive trauma.

Transplant:

  • An immunosuppressive polyclonal antibody that is used in conjunction with concomitant immunosuppression to treat acute rejection in transplant patients.

Oncology:

  • A humanized monoclonal antibody indicated for the treatment of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) in patients.
  • A small molecule was granted marketing approval for the treatment of children with refractory or relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). ALL is the most common form of pediatric leukemia
  • Recombinant human hormone as an adjunctive diagnostic used in follow-up screenings of cancer patients with well-differentiated thyroid cancer who have had their thyroid glands removed.
