• Evaluate the candidate
  When a candidate meets the objective parameters and is interested in the position, he is invited for a screening : Interview - extended biographic in-depth interview - criteria related interview - Tests - complete test battery on screen - personality questionnaires - ability tests Option - tailor-made assessment and development centres
• Debriefing with the company
  You will receive the Curriculum Vitae with a profound, qualitative, standardized report for each recommended candidate.
