apDia has an established expertise in the field  of cell culture, immunoassay development, recombinant protein development, protein purifications, conjugation of biomolecules.

It is apDia’s main goal to offer innovative, advanced and practical diagnostic immunoassays which stand out by their speed, excellent performance  and user friendliness.  All research activities within apDia aim to establish this for various domains and applications in human diagnostics. Since the availability of highly specific biomarkers is of utmost importance in achieving improved diagnostic assays, the company is also exploring the possibilities to identify novel markers for certain diseases and ApDia is continuously looking for partners to achieve this by combining expertise. 

The company is actively involved in an EU project, in cooperation with 6 universities, on validation of parameters for depression and mood disorders.

The company has a special interest and is working on advanced diagnostics in the field of following disorders: Rheumatism – Inflammation, Cardiovascular diseases, Infectious diseases, Cancer, Alzheimer, - Mood disorders,  MS.
