This initiative aims at gathering scientists that are interested or involved in biosafety-related issues and whose domain of research and expertise might help to develop a better understanding or evaluation of the potential risks associated with the use of GMOs. By delineating some specific subjects of risk assessment of GMOs, a multi-disciplinary forum will be created where participants will be offered the opportunity to share their scientific views and expertise from disciplines and technologies such as biology, allergenicity, gene therapy or food biotechnology. read more
