FlandersBio organises events that provide opportunities for networking and tapping into the knowledge and expertise of all the life sciences companies. We also keep you informed about other interesting life sciences events. You can also send us your life sciences event.
FlandersBio wants to work more actively with the HR Managers and HR Officers of its member companies. In the upcoming HR meeting on 30 November 2010 at Ablynx, Ghent, we want to discuss with you how we can integrate your suggestions into our HR related activities.
The meeting will kick off with the Hewitt presentation of the 2010 R&D salary study. It will provide you with ranges for some 37 R&D related positions in the pharma/biotech industry. The data will be compared with the results of 2009. 9 Flemish biotech companies and 3 Belgian R&D based pharma employers joined their input for the 2010 Biotech/Pharma R&D salary survey.
In the second presentation, Inge Geerdens of CVWarehouse will explain the possibilities of our free online recruitment system, available on the FlandersBio website. She will present the tips and tricks to optimize the use of this database to find the right candidate for your vacancies.
Last but not least, we plan a discussion on how FlandersBio can improve HR related activities. Your presence and input will be an added value for our programme.
