Develop the perfect pitch for Life Sciences investors. Receive hands on company specific training from US professionals in a number of 2 hr sessions (March 26th-29th, 2018 - Ghent)!


Pitching your company and business concept to investors and potential partners is one of the most critical skills for young entrepreneurs. 


In collaboration with imec, is pleased to invite you to a pitching training week (March 26th-29th, 2018) led by Christa Bleyleben: a high level pitching and business plan coach with 25+ years of experience leading to investment flows exceeding $200MM. Christa is currently active in the renowned CIC incubator in Boston, Massachusetts (US).



  • a plenary session on ‘the perfect pitch’ when doing business in the US.
  • hands-on training sessions (2hrs):
    • evaluation of your pitch by trainers and audience 
    • personal training sessions by the training team
  • "High level overview of differences between a US and European termsheet". A legal session by NautaDutilh. 
  • Free access to the pitching competition (29 March) with the possibility to gain a 2000 reduction on the regular pitching fee at BioEquity or a 30% reduction on the regular knowledge for growth entrance fee.

Day 2-3

90’ Company meetings with the MassGlobal team to review company business & refine investor presentations

The homework for each company is to refine their presentation based on the session for review/practice on Thursday, and presentation at the pitching competition on Friday.


Day 4

Company presentation practice and refinement.

Each company presents a revised presentation, receives group feedback, makes additional revisions and then presents a second time.
