Euregional PACT II - Innovative technology for your oncology business

FlandersBio is one of the partners in the European project Euregional PACT II, the Euregional Platform for Advancing Cancer Treatment. This project aims to combine the complementary knowledge and expertise present at 5 universities and to bridge universities and life sciences industry.

Aims of the project

• Combine the complementary knowledge and expertise present at the universities of Maastricht (the Netherlands), Leuven, Ghent and Antwerp (Belgium) and Aachen (Germany) to improve cancer treatment by developing innovative anti-cancer therapeutics.
• Bridge universities and life sciences industry by establishing cross-border collaborations stimulating innovation and product development in the field of oncology and creating a virtual Research Platform to rapidly evaluate the efficacy of cancer treatment.

On the project website www.euregionalpact.eu you will find a toolbox, indicating the cutting-edge technologies available within the partner universities.

Approach

In order to reach our goals and to further disseminate knowledge and expertise we will:

• Organize workshops
• Participate in networking & matchmaking events
• Participate in international life sciences conventions
